Bio
As a member of Fred Eaglesmith and the Flying Squirrels since 2001, Dan toured North America, Europe and Australia relentlessly performing with the band approximately 250 shows per year. During that time he shared the stage with such luminaries as The Del McCoury Band, Willie Nelson, Delbert McClinton, Bill Kirchen and many others.
In December of 2005, Dan left The Flying Squirrels to begin playing with Romi Mayes, then Brock Zeman. Currently Dan is playing with Diesel Dog as well as fronting his own band 'Walshy's Passive Resistors'.
Dan's new record is "Virtusoso' and is again entirely instrumental though has a slightly more rock edge to it than 'Diesel and Smokes' did.
